How do I personalise my keychain?

Choose your cord colour and charm on the product page, then write your name or initials in the order note at checkout. The final price ($8 to $15) depends on your design, and we confirm it with you before we start.

Will the bracelet fit my wrist?

Our Miyuki bracelets have an adjustable sliding knot that fits most wrists.

Are the ear cuffs clip-on?

Yes. They clip on, so no piercing is needed. The price is for one ear cuff, so you can mix and match.

Can I order a custom colour?

Send us a message on Instagram or through our contact page and we'll see what we can do.

Do you ship overseas?

Right now we ship within New Zealand only.

Can you gift-wrap and add a note?

Every order is gift-wrapped for free. Add your note in the order notes at checkout.
